go to settings and turn the wifi off and then on. also when you are in the update page click on the refresh  button top left. also you need to be close to the modem to have a strong signal. i often have this problem with my maxisys i believe it has a poor wifi system and needs a booster

Ok whend you did the factory reset did you lost all your cars programs or just updates?

 what;s the S/N? server is OK these days. Hope  you updated the tool already.
